Chris Porco was arrested for the murder of his father & the attempted murder of his mother. The trial began in July of 2006 with the defense arguing the lack of physical evidence that proved that Chris had been inside his parent’s home that night. The prosecution did have a tollway ticket with Chris’ DNA on it, but that was the extent of it.
